The Cedar Blanket® is created by Japanese artisans using the "Itonuki" technique of pulling out the weft threads from the fabric, allowing pure cotton fabric to take on a fleece-like appearance. Because the process is gentle and beautiful, it is called "Hana o sakasu" (blooming flowers). "Itonuki" is a hand-pulling process that requires high concentration from artisans. It takes 2 hours to process 30m of fabric and can only be completed by skilled artisans.
The Cedar Blanket® uses 100% pure cotton (61% organic cotton used), which is not only light, soft, breathable, and sweat-absorbent, but also "resistant to shedding" and "resistant to pilling." The "good balance of breathability and warmth" and "no loose fibers floating in the air" make it more suitable for sensitive skin and babies. The three-dimensional fleece texture makes it the best comfort blanket for babies.
