Dear Valued Customer,

babyMADISON will never ask for your financial account or credit card information via SMS or phone, under any name or pretext. We will also not ask you to go to a bank counter or operate an ATM through the aforementioned methods.

If you receive such calls or SMS messages, please be vigilant and do not easily trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact babyMADISON immediately or call the National Police Agency's 165 anti-fraud hotline for verification.

When you receive calls with caller ID starting with "+", "+2", "+886", or other unknown numbers, please be extra vigilant. Also, be wary of callers who spoof phone numbers or impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial agencies. Please do not click on unknown links, unfamiliar LINE friend invitations, or SMS messages.

Common fraud schemes include "duplicate orders" or "incorrect installment settings" to gain consumers' trust, then demanding online banking or ATM operations. If it concerns your bank account, please call your bank directly. If the call asks you to operate related accounts or provide information, please directly refuse to reduce the risk of fraud.

Please also regularly change your password, strengthen password security (using a mix of upper and lower case English letters and numbers), and avoid entering account passwords on public computers to enhance information security.

babyMADISON wishes you all the best.
