Frequently Asked Questions about Returns and Exchanges

1. According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers enjoy a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the arrival of the goods. The seven-day appreciation period is a "consideration period" not a "trial period". If the product has been unsealed, used, or lacks completeness, thus losing its resale value, returns will not be accepted.
2. Returned or exchanged items must be in new condition and in complete packaging (maintaining the integrity of the returned item, invoice, accessories, tags, inner and outer packaging, etc.).
3. If you wish to return an item, please send it back in its original packaging, including the complete and undamaged shoe box, product, wrapping paper, catalog, tags, gifts, etc.If the original outer box is lost, please use another cardboard box to cover the product's original packaging. Do not directly paste paper or write text on the original packaging for shipping.
4. If any items within the original box are damaged or lost, returns will not be accepted.
5. The seven-day appreciation period does not apply to the following situations: if there are stains, worn soles, odors, or incomplete accessories, returns will not be accepted.
6. Screen color differences and exposed threads are within acceptable limits according to international inspection standards and are not considered defects.
7. Due to computer resolution and screen issues, there may be color differences. The actual product received shall prevail.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
1. Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
2. Product accessories are incomplete or tags have been cut (for bags and similar items, all packaging accessories must be returned).
3. Products show obvious signs of use or washing, damage, artificial dirt, makeup stains, or destruction. Returns will not be accepted.
Return Process Instructions
1. Please contact us through the order message function and provide detailed information about the product's condition. If the product is defective, please provide photos of the defect.After confirmation, we will arrange to pick up the product to be returned from the delivery address. If the product has packaging, it must be kept intact.
2. If, after the seven-day appreciation period, a return is requested due to reasons such as incorrect size or personal preference, the consumer must send the item to the designated return address themselves.
3. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please place the product and invoice back into the original packaging or box.
4. Once a return request is confirmed, please ensure your contact number is correct, and we will send a reminder email.Please confirm that the contact information you provided on this website is accurate.
Refund Processing Time Instructions
1. Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible after receiving the returned item.
2. If payment was made by credit card, we will process a credit card refund; if payment was made by ATM transfer, we will cancel the transfer.However, due to different refund policies of various banks, please contact your card-issuing bank for specific refund timelines.
